Documattic enables organizations to create an unlimited number of Security Roles. These Roles provide the ability to set View and Edit permissions on folders, allowing you to control what documents can be viewed and modified by what audiences.
Clicking on ‘Add Role’ allows you to define the Title of a new Role. In this example we’ve created a new Role called ‘Events’.
The new ‘Events’ Role will be listed within the Role list.
When creating new User accounts, administrators can associate one or multiple Roles to these User profiles.
